Ⅰ.Brief introduction
CP silo is a new type of raw material homogenization silo which is introduced from German BMH company. It is characterized by low power consumption, good homogenization effect. Homogenization principle of CP silo is distributing material with eight sets of air slide. Different period raw material is distributed in horizontal in different periods. The design of bottom silo aerating system complies with the flow ability after raw material aerates being aerated. Raw material in different period in silo is distributed in radial. Circular zone is usually separated into eight zones sections. Aerate it for every 5 minutes , which will be aerated in turn for every five minutes. Discharge the center zone because raw material in aerating zone is loose and guide of air flow. Then raw material will be discharged into the center zone because of looseness in aerating zone and of sir flow guide. Different layers of raw material in silo can realize the homogenization of raw material by radical discharging. After different time raw material enter into the center zone, mix and homogenize air. Fierce air will make the raw material entered into the center zone mixed and homogenized to reach an ideal homogenization result. It can reach ideal and homogenization effect.
